she keeps saying its not a diet but it is, soup for Sunday dinners Recipes horrid but it is possible to tailor a fab four smoothie to suit your taste they do keep you full up As a scientist I see through some of the science Horrified at fat tea, tea with Irish Kerrygold butter, Irish people would consider that a crime to ruin a good cup of tea.

After years of mild obsession with exercise and healthy eating, I thought I understood how to eat for optimal health and wellness, but something was always missing After just a few weeks of following the light structure and practical tips in this book, I could feel significant improvements in my fitness, mood, health, and sleep and yes, I even lost a bit of weight during that time And the advice in this book is incredibly easy to follow Although I have tried probably every superfood out there over the past several years and have tried everything from paleo to keto to even a vegan diet, the piece I never thought to focus on was insulin and maintaining balanced blood sugar I used to eat fruit and healthy sweet snacks throughout the day without giving it a second thought and, surprise surprise, I constantly craved sugar which caused the than occasional lapse into post dinner Dairy Milks By dramatically reducing sugar yes, including fruit sugars , cutting out snacking, and trying to get the Fab Four protein, fiber, fat, and greens into every meal or smoothie, I have finally started to see a difference in my body, but importantly I feel great and am no longer a slave to sugar cravings or even to food cravings in general Two or three good balanced meals in a day sometimes even just one good meal are now completely satisfying and I don t have to spend the entire day obsessing over food, which frees up a surprising amount of time I thought I ought to use at least a little bit of that time to give this life changing book a great review Kelly Leveque, you are a godsend Thank you.

This is a lovely book to borrow but essentially it is knowing that a meal should be 4 elements fat, fibre, protein, greens and then lots of smoothie recipes Bit expensive for that

I was wanting to find some tips and tricks for losing up to 60 pounds but all the testimonials were mainly from people who only very quite active and needed to lose just 10 15 pounds I was also wanting to get some suggestions for brands of supplements that would support the diet but was very vague This book is okay for those to read if they are already generally in a normal BMI and wanting to lose a bit off and be active Not great for someone that has a chronic illness or weight gain due to medications Okay read.

I wanted to like this book, but sadly I found it repetitive and kinda fluffy It reads like a memoir initially and I found myself wondering why they didn t do a better job of editing it s extremely repetitive There is a lot of celeb name dropping which is also kinda strange I was excited to see so many shake recipes however some of the ingredients are obscure I don t recommend this book.
