It s not very original anybody remembers 9 Weeks probably not the intended public for this book, who weren t even born. The sex scenes are a little unbelievable not impossible, but certainly not coherent with the character s tastes and experience. The female character passes for a smart shy clumsy beauty is inside girl, and graduates in Literature but doesn t know or ever has listened to the Flower Duet in Lakm when this music appears in at least 5 Hollywood films that I ve seen , nor La Traviatta It seems the only book she has ever read is Tess of de d Urbervilles And she reads it over and over I didn t know you can graduate in English Literature in USA by picking a novel and learning it by heart. Then the guy is completely absurd Like they have pointed already, by 26 is a billionaire maybe he graduated in college by reading Wuthering Heights, and as he s smarter, it took half the usual time for him , and very acomplished, too And his dark side is he s a great lover with kinky issuesNot a smart reading I give it a three for the same reason I like Pretty Woman or Flashdance I really enjoy modern fairy tales, even the stupid ones.

When this book came out I wasnt really interested After a time, I read some interesting reviews and started to ask myself whats all this fuss about, but to be honest it was the trailer that spiked my curiosity, but with all those negative reviews, was a bit hesitant Now Im glad i didnt listen and gave it a try Must admit I ended up hooked on the story and reading all three books over the weekend.I had al ready read some BDSM stories and this is quite light so why such negative reviews Maybe those people are so tight and missionary about love sex that they repel this type of stories Truthisthe story is well written, captures your interest and it describes the characters in depth, you feeltheir despair, Anastasias doubts and Christians pain Quite a journey and I reallly loved it took is time to develop their love story and it wasnt rushed Now lets see if the movies does it Justice

Bought this AND the second one without thinking, for my holiday reading, as everyone was raving about them Mistake What a bad read So poorly written I couldn t even get into the story Just gratuitous S M scenes and two dimensional characters that don t even ring true If you have ever read other bdsm literature like The Story of O or had any contact with that lifestyle, or enjoy a well written story, then don t bother.

I think it is the relationship they have that has me reading it over and over again Two characters drawn to each other that are bound to be together.
